Welcome, friends, to my LJ! I am Ellsworth, better known as ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) vetinarimithos. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada; at seventeen years old, I'm about to start my first year at Queen's University.
To be perfectly honest, I'm a bit of a megalomaniac. For over three years now, my idol has been Niccolò Machiavelli. Furthermore, it has been said that I have Lord Vetinari's head for politics, Collin Sri'vastra's ambition, Soren's cold and calculating mind, and Mithos Yggdrasill's determination.
...Yes, I'm quite aware that those last four are fictional.
Please note that my LJ is almost completely devoted to my fandoms. Around 70% of my posts consist of true and utter fanboying; the other 30% are relatively serious discussions of fandom-related issues. Don't let that scare you off, though: I just enjoy analysing the politics present in my fandoms.
One more thing: although I'm a huge fan of slash, I don't consider my preferred pairings to be exclusive of any others (with the possible exception of Ike/Soren). Just because I love Lloyd x Zelos, for example, doesn't mean that I dislike Lloyd/Colette or Zelos/Sheena. Similarly, although I've shipped Suzaku/Lelouch for over a year, I consider Suzaku/Euphy and C.C./Lelouch to be precisely as valid as SuzaLulu is. |
